Bootcamp is high-intensity interval training focused on power, speed, and endurance using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises. Dumbbell Rock is a full-body toning workout set to music with custom dance moves using dumbbells — created by Coach Mugz himself. Both are amazing workouts — we recommend trying both! Yes! Free parking is available in our dedicated lot directly in front of the gym at 322-A Parker Street, Vacaville. The lot has ample space to handle our full class capacity — no circling the block or street hunting. Just pull in and come train.

We're open Monday – Thursday 5:10 AM – 7:30 PM, Friday 7:10 AM – 1:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Closed Sunday. Class schedules vary — check our Schedule page for the latest class times.
